Accessing this website, and continuing to use it, means you agree to all terms mentioned in this document. If you are found in breach of the terms of this website or the Lord Empires forums, you will be subject to permanent removal from the game. Lord Empires is a free online city and clan simulation game. The goal of the game is to provide an interesting and entertaining environment for the members, while they attempt to successfully run their own city and work together with other members to meet various challenges. Everything in the game is based on fictional events, as interpreted by the administrator of the game. Any similarities to real life situations are purely coincidental. It is illegal to abuse, threaten, extort and harass anyone participating in the game in any way. This includes (but is not limited to) comments in your flags, banners, usernames, bios, clan names and avatars, as well as comments in the open forums. You agree to only create one player account and only own one city in the game. Enforcement of this term will take place, based on the IP address that is being used. It is not allowed to enter the game through public networks, or proxy servers, of any type. It is illegal to mimic any part of the game which includes war, aid sending, trades or any other part of the game features. A city gets deleted is it is inactive for 30 days. Inactivity is determined by the fact you have not collected your taxes or pay your bills for the total period of 30 days. A city can get deleted without warning at any time. This will happen at the discretion of the administrators of the game. Once a nation is deleted, it will not be restored. By using this service, you agree not to access it with any other programs than web browsers. This includes (but is not limited to) bots, automated scripts or any other tool that can replace the web browser and the human interaction that goes with it. Trying to get control of other players' accounts is illegal. You agree not to attempt to access our servers or any protected data. You agree not to use this website for any illegal purposes, and that you are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Lord Empires, is a non-profit organization. All donations made, are spent on hosting fees, licensing, maintenance, employee fees and development of upgrades for the game. Players are not required to donate to play the game. Other than the bonuses offered for donations, donating players do not have any other privileges. If a bonus, obtained by donating, is lost in in-game activities or through unforeseen events, such as a game reset or total game shut down, the bonuses will not be refunded or reapplied. If your city gets deleted or banned, any donations made in the past are not refundable. Lord Empires provides a refund guarantee of 7 days if donation benefits do not satisfactory reach expectations of the user. Any events posted in 10 do not apply for a refund. All intellectual property in the game, including rights to the title, website, service, code, images, logos, concept, history, storyline, and anything listed in the game or the forums are owned, in full, by C.E Insight Marketing LTD We have the right, but are not required, to monitor any activity and content associated with the website. This means reading forum or mail information, which will be limited to subjects connected to violations or abuse of the terms of this document and never connected to in game events. Account security is the responsibility of each user. It is in your personal interest to keep a complex password and to change it regularly. We highly advise to keep your account information secret at all time. We are not responsible for any in game damage done due to account hacking. To play this game you need to be at least 13 years old or have permission to do so by your legal guardian.
